Putting the images and words on the backs of the shirts is no hassle for us in the least, and we will happily do this for you at no additional charge. All you have to do is to make note of your request in the "comments" section of your order.
I really want to know, how long does it take you to put my shirts in the mail after I pay for my shirts?
There are so many companies out there that don't believe that fast shipping is important to their customers, but we know different. We don't sit on orders. In fact, we ship orders within a day of getting them in our system. We are here, busy as bees from the hours of 7 o'clock in the morning to 3 o'clock in the afternoon Central Standard Time. We do not work on federally sanctioned holidays, nor on Saturdays and Sundays. If you buy something on one of the days we are away from the office (weekends and holidays), your purchase will be moved forward in our production the next business day. For instance, if your purchase something on a Saturday, it will be processed on Monday, and then placed in the postman's hands on Tuesday. We nearly always have what you want to buy on hand and ready to make and then go out the door with the postal service. We do our very best to make sure everything is fully stocked, but if it isn't we will resupply right away. This may take up to two days, but we will send your order to you as soon as we have our stock in hand. Trust me, even if there is a supply issue we still have some of the fastest shipping this side of Amazon.com.

When shipping Internationally, patience is necessary as it may take upwards of eight full weeks for your order to be delivered. When ordering during the Holidays, this is especially true. Once your package starts its journey across the water to you, we no longer have the ability to track that order for you at this time.
We are required by law to declare the complete value and contents of your International Order, even if your package is declared a "gift." We are in no way responsible for any charges your shipment incurs when it goes through your nation's CUSTOMS. You need to direct all of your questions on this topic to the Customs Officers of your region, as they will know what charges you will have and how to clear your package quickly through customs.

The #1 cause of rejected orders is an incorrect billing address. Make sure the billing address you entered is the same one your billing statement is sent to. If you are sure your order should be going through, run through this short list.
- You probably should go back to the billing address and give it one more hard look. This is almost always the point of concern and you might save yourself a lot of time by looking again.
- If you have moved from one address to another in recent memory, your bank or credit company may not have your new address in their system. Try using your previous billing information.
- It may come down to using a different credit or debit card. Our system may be rejecting you for an unknown reason.
